Getting started

Is this for me if I am not technical?

Yes, and that is the whole point. I am a non technical founder who has never written a line of code for a living, so every email is written for someone with a business to run rather than a computer science degree. If you can write an email, you can do this.

What is Claude Code?

An AI assistant from Anthropic that does the work when you ask it in plain English. Most people hear the word code and assume it is for programmers, but I use it for writing content, digging into competitors, getting ads out, sorting admin and building the small bits of software my businesses need. You do not need to know a thing about it to read this.

Will this work with my Claude subscription?

Yes, Claude Code works on the paid Claude plans including Pro, Max and Team, and the setup file works the same way across all of them.

What actually lands in my inbox?

One email on one real job I handed to AI that week and exactly how I did it. Some weeks that is an email flow, some weeks a set of designs, some weeks a whole website. It is whatever the businesses actually needed doing, not a list of tools to go and try.

How often does it arrive?

Once a week, every Friday. If an edition is not ready it waits rather than going out half done, so you never get filler from me to keep to a schedule.

I send you the newsletter and nothing else. I do not sell it, I do not share it, and there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, one click and you are out.

Is it really free?

Yes, properly free, with no hidden upgrade and no bait and switch a few emails in. If that ever changes you will hear it from me first.
